FREE WI-FI FOR ALL
Dialogue on intensive care unit
"Hey, what is your Wi-Fi password?"
"Dude, that's ICU"
"Big or small letters?"
We are hunters in a particular jungle of modern metropolis. Our hunt is relentless and never stops. It does not matter what we do: we commute to work, we cool in the café, or just walk down the street, we remain guarded by our prey. We are watching free Wi-Fi networks. In an ideal world, Internet coverage is total, so I never go offline or need to switch to the expensive 3G-4G. In fact, however, I often have to rely on the presence of free Wi-Fi networks in my area. This is not usually the case. Since I use the internet as a key medium for work-related communication and I need to stay online all the time, no matter whether I live at home or somewhere on the road, I have no choice but to use 3G. And that is causing additional damage to the budget. So she kept dreaming about a world where the internet is ubiquitous and free.
Beginning March 18, World Wi-Fi will sell public chips. The total offer of WeToken chips is 600,000,000. 10% of the chips will be distributed during pre-sales and 33% during ICO. The remaining chips will be transferred to the project team, advisor and fund for future project development.

The World Wi-Fi project intends to create a worldwide free Wi-Fi network. It may sound like a completely crazy, unrealistic idea, but in reality, the project uses a combination of simple concepts that make it a viable and practically achievable goal. First, it will be a network of existing public Wi-Fi hotspots and Wi-Fi home routers. Anyone who has a wired internet connection uses these routers to share this connection between the different devices in their home. The Wi-Fi World Wide Web offers organizers of such routers in the people community, using their facilities to provide free internet to everyone in the vicinity. Combined with public Wi-Fi hotspots, it will provide full Internet coverage in residential areas and public spaces.
So why would anyone share their internet connection for free? In response to this question, world-wide Wi-Fi offers an interesting business model that includes owners of Wi-Fi routers, advertisers and Internet users. Advertisers are ready to pay for placing their ads on Wi-Fi sign-in sites. This money in return will be a source of profit for people who have participated in the project as Wi-Fi providers. Users will have to track their ads before joining these hotspots, but then they can use the internet for free. The beauty of the system is that such hotspots will be present literally everywhere. This is the same approach that has been the key to the success of Airbnbu and Uber. Instead of building its own Wi-Fi infrastructure, it offers a system of incentives to organize people,
Another aspect of this approach is interesting for marketing specialists and advertisers. This ad placement system on Wi-Fi sign-in provides the opportunity to refine marketing campaigns for a specific audience. Advertisers can take into account placement and type of place. For example, if a Wi-Fi hotspot is located in a yoga center, it can be used to place targeted ads related to the psychological profile of a potential visitor to that center. For example, this can be a vegetarian café near the hotel.
World Wi-Fi is based on ethereum blockchain and uses WeToken as the primary means of exchange on the platform. WeToken is exchangeable for fiat and other cryptocurrencies. It can also be used to pay for ad placement. The platform uses Smart Contracts and escrow to organize reliable currency contracts between advertisers and Internet access providers.
The founders of World Wi-Fi Project Yan Sepiashvili and Ilya Yashin have already had two other successful projects: Radius Wi-Fi and Adrente. The Radius Wi-Fi project provides software to identify users on public Wi-Fi networks. (In Russia, Wi-Fi public hotspots are required by law to perform this identification.) Adrenta is an automated service designed to support marketing campaigns in Wi-Fi networks. These projects will also be integrated into the world's Wi-Fi infrastructure. Starting the full version of the platform is scheduled for April to June 2018.
